Andy is a results-driven sales leader with over 10 years of B2B SaaS experience, consistently exceeding $1M+ in net new ARR annually. He has played a pivotal role in scaling multiple high-growth startups, most notably driving Ada (AI-powered customer support chatbot) from $2M to $50M+ in ARR by building repeatable go-to-market motions and landing marquee customers across software, retail/e-commerce, financial services, and media verticals.
Andy is a certified Force Management (Command of the Message) sales professional and currently serves as an Enterprise Account Executive at PagerDuty. He is passionate about driving enterprise transformation by aligning PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud Platform with C-suite strategic priorities -such as revenue growth and protection, cost reduction, and incident risk mitigation.
Outside of work, Andy is passionate about giving back. He volunteers with Junior Achievement BC (JABC), delivering financial literacy workshops to students in grades 7–12, and has mentored multiple award-winning high school entrepreneurship teams through JABC’s after-school Company Program.
