I am a Career Sales Representative with 30 years of experience, in the high technology “big ticket marketplace” and the past 3 as a Real Estate Sales Person. My experience encompasses both a broad range of vertical markets (Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Hospitality and Call Centre) and an equally diverse range of products. This background has allowed me to adapt and be successful with new products very quickly. While I have been successful in many difficult sales environments, I decided to persue a long time interest in Real Estate. I am adept at telephone Cold Calling, Qualifying Opportunities and Benefit Selling, I have turned those skills in organizing sales campaign to find buyers and other Sales People reresenting buyers to maximize the return my clients receive for their homes. In addition, my experience as a business owner and participant in projects that have spanned numerous other business' gives me insight and credibility with people in all walks of life that come into a real estate transaction seeking not just a Salesperson, but also a dialog with someone who understands the issues and can add value through their experience. My knowledge of Financing Fundamentals is well above average.
