Angela Sullivan

Welcome to my short Biography! I was born in Florence, SC in 1964. My loving parents are the late Rev. Thomas Cole Farmer Jr. and Mrs. Jean Farmer McPherson. My father passed away on Jan 17, 1996. God rest his soul! I love him and miss him dearly! My mom remarried and now lives in Whiteville, NC. In the last two years my mom has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. This is a terrible disease. It hurts so much to see her go through all the confusion and turmoil. It is very hard on her and it is also very hard on all of us!!! My mom has five children. Two boys and 3 girls, in which none of us live close to her since she remarried. This makes it hard on us while trying to take care of her every need. I am 46 years old and have been married to my wonderful husband, Tommy, for 19 years, as of Jan. 11, 2011. We have two children, Lauren, my daughter and Tommy's step-daughter, she is 23 and has graduated from UNC Charlotte as a business major. Our son, Jake, is 15 and is a Sophomore at PHS. He is involved with all sports, football, basketball, and baseball. I love going to his games and watching him play. I am a ECU student through the South Central Consortium and I will graduate on Dec. 16, 2011, with my BS in Elementary Education. I cannot believe I have just about made it!! My favorite book is "Dear Mr. Faulkner". I love this book because it teaches us that even if we have disabilities we can still full fill our dreams. When I get a chance to watch TV I like American Idol and Dr. Phil. My favorite hobbies are cricketing with my new cricut machine I got for Christmas. I have polka-dotted everything in my house just about or at least in my kitchen. My husband and son love to hunt. All hunting! They have beagles for rabbit hunting, a lab for duck hunting and I have a Lapse Alsop named Fritzy that I inherited from my daughter when she left for college. I love spending time with my family, going camping, sitting at the pool, riding the golf cart, shopping with my friend, visiting my mom, and most of all just being me! :)
