Angela Bardick

My mission is to mindfully inspire others to care for their body, mind, spirit, relationships, and the earth with lovingkindness.

I am a Registered Psychologist with a specialization in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders and body image concerns, trauma, bereavement, depression, anxiety, health concerns, life transitions, and stress management. I use an integrated and individualized approach to counselling, with a focus on holistic, mindful, and body-centered approaches.

My passions are improving children's health and wellness and social justice. My Ph.D. research focuses on engaging parents, teachers, and school communities in a collaborative approach to creating healthy environments for children, with a focus on healthy body image and diversity acceptance.
