Hello blogosphere. My name is Angela and this is my new blog. So where to start? I guess I’ll start with who I am. I am a mom of a feisty 15 year old daughter (in pic). Oh don’t get me wrong feisty is good. She marches to her own drum beat. A leader not a follower, but with her everyone is invited to come along. She has a heart of gold that girl! Occasionally she may be the subject of my random blogging. I am also a pet owner of several rescued pets, so they too will occasionally grace my blog. If you have a soft place in your heart for rescued pets visit my Facebook Fan Page Bailey and Crew. Besides being a mom I love photography and mixed media art and photo editing. I have a passion for capturing This World As I See It and love sharing it with others. Problem is my audience is small in the world of Social Media and I want to share with so many more. So hence the blog.

My world is small, but that is OK with me because there is so much beauty in my own little world. And when the adventurous side of me stirs (I use the word adventurous loosely..ha ha!) I’ll go out looking for an area that captures my imagination or sit down at my art table and go where my hear and imagination take me. Now if your looking for National Geographic imagery or Picasso…your not going to find that here. This is more about unique views,artistic expression and sharing Gods creation with inspiring words to lift up your day. I love taking a “photo mistake” and trying to make it an artistic vision using all sorts of editing software and free photo editing webpages (Ribbit.com is one of my favs!).

I can sit at my computer for hours taking a simple shot and trying to make it fit what I see as perfect in my head. I find it engaging and relaxing all at the same time.
