I'm from Italy and i moved to Barcelona already 13 years ago.I'm a yoga and traveller lover, and in my free time i love to read and listen music.

With 5 years of experience in the customer service sector I have covered several positions in my professional career specializing in Quality and Team Management.

I started as support agent for the Philips in Sitel campaign becoming in time Quality Manager, then Team Manager and Senior Quality Manager. Among my duties I have managed a multicultural environment and received acknowledgment for the achieved results.
In my opinion there are many factors that influence the success of a project: global vision, leadership, values and personal kindness. I strongly believe that a person with attitude and motivation will be able to acquire any skill and knowledge to achieve common goals and stand out as a professional.
I consider myself a very empathic person, ambitious for great challenges, with a deep sense of respect and commitment. I love working in team and I think that a key factor for a productive work is to create a good working environment.
Currently I am looking for a project where I can bring my experience and values. In particular I would like to work in a project that allows me to continue my professional growth and deepen all the skills and training acquired in recent years.
