Pastry Chef Angela Ranalli grew up in Southern NewJersey and was raised in a traditional Italian family. She was raised in the kitchen with her siblings always at her mom's feet.
I cooked as a kid with my family. Most of my recipies come from my grandmother.
I attended culinary school in Philadelphia, PA but really not feeling challenged by their cirriculum, I moved to Italy to study directly with what I think are the masters of culinary delights.
