I'm Angela and I am a culinary artist/author/photographer.

My culinary brand, Simply Fancy Cuisine, is one Home Chef's view of the wonderful World's Cuisine, by taking on one recipe at a time.

Although, I have decades of experience in the financial industry and California Real Estate, but my first love for the performing arts and cooking has remained a constant. I have over 30 years of professional and academia training in various performing arts and have had a lifetime of culinary arts training from the humble kitchens of my Southern grandmother, Mamie (RIP) and my eclectic European neighbors.

After my 4 month coma and medical scare with two separate cancer, Cooking has become my VICE! I am a 5 years survivor from Paraneoplasia Syndrome and Lymphoma type B cancers.

I enjoy cooking for others and watching them enjoy the fruits of my labors, so again that's why I created my culinary arts brand, Simply Fancy Cuisine.
