Angela Bennett

Angela Bennett MSc FCA is CEO of Diamond Systems, a life safety and security company based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Angela works with organisations across Northern Ireland on preparedness for the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, commonly known as Martyn’s Law, helping organisations understand the legislation and develop proportionate approaches to preparedness, procedures, training and protective security.

She is the founder of the Responsibility to Protect Conference in Belfast and regularly speaks on Martyn’s Law, public safety, life safety and organisational preparedness.

Angela is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MSc in Business Improvement from Ulster University. She was named UK Women in Fire Safety Woman of the Year 2024, UK Women in Security Business Manager of the Year 2020 and IoD Northern Ireland Director of the Year – Family Business & SME in 2019.
