I'm a freelance multimedia journalist from Oakland, now based in Sacramento.

I'm currently (Aug/Sept 2014) producing a package for NPR's Latino USA about a hot topic sweeping Latino communities in California and beyond.

I've also covered Sweden's love of classic American cars (PRI's The World), a county's efforts to end mental health stigma (California Health Report), and housing reparations for evicted residents of San Francisco's Fillmore District (KALW 91.7 FM, Crosscurrents). In 2009, I traveled to South Africa to cover a low-tech HIV prevention method.

For fun, I produced a 14-part, mini-doc film series called Angie in Sweden, based on my self-funded travels throughout the country during the summer of 2012.
