I’m the founder of The Nifty Gypsy and a Holistic Health Practitioner devoted to helping others reconnect with themselves and cultivate greater balance in mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
Through my classes, healing sessions, and wellness programs, I create intentional spaces to slow down, restore, release, and reconnect.
My passion is helping you create a life rooted in love, vitality, peace, and wholeness.

-INTEGRATIVE REIKI SESSION: ~75 min $175

Energy healing combined with aromatherapy, crystals sound bowls, and tuning forks to assist with balancing the chakras, relieving stress, decreasing physical pain and dissolving stagnant energy. Includes pre and post consultation.

-WELLNESS MIND MAPPING CHAT: ~30 min $30

-PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS: ~(series of 4 classes, 60 min each class) $300

Private yoga sessions focus on breathwork, proper alignment, building strength and flexibility while fostering a meditative practice. Each session focuses on a mixture of Hathaway, vinyaysa and yin yoga.

-HEALTH & WELLNESS CONSULTATION: $125+

This program is focused on dis-ease prevenation using a synergistic blend of vitamin and herbal supplementation, detoxification, yoga and energy work for the purpose of nourishing and balancing. Creating optimal functioning and health is my focus.

- SOUND BOWL EXPERIENCE W/ GUIDED MEDITATION & BREATH-WORK: ~30 min $125

A deeply restorative experience combining the soothing vibrations of sound bowls with guided meditation and intentional breathwork. Designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and create space for energetic and emotional renewal.

-EAR CANDLING: ~30 min $55

Ear Candles are used to spiritually cleanse and purify the aura, draw out impurities and relieve pressure in the head and the sinuses and improving equilibrium.
