Private yoga sessions focus on breathwork, proper alignment, building strength and flexibility while fostering a meditative practice.

-HEALTH & WELLNESS CONSULTATION: $125+

This program is focused on dis-ease prevenation. Using a synergistic and customized blend of vitamin and herbal supplementation, detoxification, yoga and energy work for the purpose of nourishing and balancing. Creating optimal functioning and health is my focus.

Master good habits to reduce stress and anxiety for a better sense of peace and mental clarity.

Ear Candles are used to spiritually cleanse and purify the aura, draw out impurities and relieve pressure in the head and the sinuses and improving equilibrium.
