Angelique Hamane has over 10 years of experience teaching. She has taught in a variety of formats: traditional, hybrid, and online. She has also held positions as the Associate Director of Instructional Technology at California State University, Los Angeles where she helped faculty develop course content using technology based on pedagogy and best practices, and as a co-author where she developed supplemental teaching material for Oxford University Press's Physical Geography textbook. Her research focuses on measuring student engagement and its relationship to student success in an online environment.
