I love my work as a personal fitness trainer, weight loss & wellness coach, and being part of helping others improve their health and transform their bodies!
My training programs are results oriented, designed to improve your fitness level, drop your body-fat, and reshape your body the way you've always wanted. Upon meeting, I’ll first perform a nutritional evaluation, then provide a detailed nutritional plan to correct any imbalances that may interfere with your goals. Then, based upon your specific goal and taking any medical condition into consideration, I integrate several modalities of exercise - including functional weight training, kettlebell movements, lite kickboxing, core stability and plyometrics - as well as cardiovascular exercise to have the most fun sessions and achieve amazing results!
Along with an M.S.W. degree, I’m a nationally certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise, a certified personal trainer and aerobics instructor by the International fitness Association, and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
My professional experience as a personal fitness trainer working with diverse populations has equipped me to assist you with achieving your fitness goals.
Along with exercise & creating delicious nutritious recipes, I also enjoy meditation, hiking, swiming, and traveling to beautiful tropical beaches.
