Hi, I’m Angello. I’m a Service Delivery Manager in Endava living in Mosquera. I am a fan of technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation. I love my family. I’m also interested in soccer, dogs, and cats.
Systems Engineer, currently doing a master’s degree in project management, ITIL Foundations Ver. 3 Certified, Scrum Fundamentals Certified, knowledge in Finance, SAP BW, among others. Experience in overall ownership of the customers’ accounts, taking full responsibility for all Relationship, Operational Commercial, and Sales elements. Experience in the technical support, operative and strategic coordination of Service Desks, Field Service, and Applications Management Support for several projects.
Responsible, honest, collaborator, agile, resourceful, and compliant with the task assigned to perform. Self-learner ability; verbal fluency, entrepreneur, punctual, and excellent personal presentation, among others.
No experience in PM, my expectation is to expand my academic knowledge in PM.
I see myself leading IT projects in whichever industry.
