For as long as I can remember, surviving has been a part of my life.

There was no love no money & it was miserable. I grew up with no great role models all I knew was suffering & was only taught toxic emotions and toxic life skills. I went through life continually attracting emotionally destructive people in to my life. By the time I met my husband I had suffered emotional sexual abuse fought with addiction, depression, health issues. Sam was the first person who had ever showed me true love & ever since then has always supported me through my hardships. We have 2 sons who have been the light of my life & have been a major help in helping me overcome a lot of my issues.

I never thought I would become a mum but when I did I wanted to set a strong example I want my boys to know people can overcome difficult events, circumstances & strive to build better lives & the main thing I want to teach my boys was LOVE. I empower & motivate other people that if you have lost all confidence, hope & passion for life.
