I’m Angie M. Dot,

An advocate for entrepreneurs and small business owners. I am on a mission to smash the divide between the sacred and the secular work in the workplace.

I am an avid non-fiction reader and servant leader. As the CEO and Founder of PurposeandPursuits.llc, I have the privilege of working with Christian entrepreneurs to provide critical guidance needed in business planning and development to start a service-based business while strengthening their faith.

I also have the opportunity to serve as a Management and Program Analyst at the United States Small Business Administration in the Office of Entrepreneurial Development. I work on improving program operation and continuous process improvement. I am also the SBA’s lead on the White House Initiative on Advancing, Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity through Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). SBA's goal is to increase support and opportunities for HBCUs in entrepreneurship.

My mission in the workforce is quite simple – position entrepreneurs to influence the marketplace with God’s glory, goodness, and nature. I’d love to join you on your purpose journey into your promised land (aka your business)!
