Angus Ni

Angus Ni is a co-founder of Morrow Ni LLP and among a small number of U.S. trial lawyers who handle complex, high-value commercial litigation with Mandarin fluency. His practice centers on securities litigation and risk management for listed companies, as well as transnational dispute resolution for Chinese clients navigating English-speaking legal systems.

Before co-founding Morrow Ni LLP, Ni litigated securities class actions at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossman LLP on behalf of hedge fund and pension fund clients across jurisdictions nationwide. Earlier, he practiced at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where he worked on international arbitrations before ICC and ICSID Tribunals and participated in large-scale corporate investigations across multiple jurisdictions.
