Born in the city of Santiago de los Caballleros, Dominican Republic, proudly cibaeño. I am a lawyer, internationalist, university professor and marathoner.

I have worked for major law firms in the Dominican Republic where I developed a specialty in corporate, labor, administrative law, contracts and negotiations.

Since 2002 I am related to international relations, starting my passion with models of the UN. Since that time and to date I have had the opportunity to participate in projects for organizations like the UN, the OAS and the EU and International Policy Analyst in the Dominican Republic for the period 2011-2013.

I am a university professor at the Catholic University of Santo Domingo, where I teach the subjects of Private International Law and Geopolitics in the Caribbean.

I had the great pleasure of founding the legal community ENCUENTRO JURIDICO www.encuentrojuridico.com and the International Studies Association (AESI) from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).

In a perfect world I would devote full time to research and teaching sharing my knowledge and studies with future generations of professionals.
