Aniekan Ekanem

Aniekan is a Tech Educator, a Learning Developer, a Youth Leader and is on a mission to help children and teenagers in acquiring technological skills and strong personal development and leadership skills in their early years. He is passionate about Childhood Development such as early-education, strategic parenting and brain development. This he does seeing the importance of acquiring technological skills and gaining real life knowledge and experience at an early age, a feat which he lacked while growing up as a child and thereby learning the hard way. He has been in the business of educating since the age of 19.

He has previously worked as a Customer Service Representative in the telecommunication sector helping communities in ensuring access to data and call services where he has helped in alerting the telecommunication company on the absence or poor network services in some communities in the six geo political zones of Nigeria.

In 2016, while serving under ISON BPO, a leading BPO Service Provider in Africa, he has been involved as a Team Mentor in training newly employed staff in ensuring excellent work practice, he has served as a Team Lead Support Assistant and has also been involved in its Corporate Social Responsibility in the area of Environmental Management in a small community in Ibadan, Nigeria. He has also been commended for excellent customer service back to back in 2015 while in service under Communications Network Support Services Limited as a result of his excellent performance.

Aniekan is committed to shaping a world where young people have unlimited access to quality education, information and opportunities. He has been involved in community development services working with children and teenagers which has earned him two awards in 2012. He volunteers his time to mentor young people especially under 19. The least age he has trained is a 6 year old primary school student.

He has spoken and facilitated a session on Information Technology at the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria in Lagos. He was also part of the facilitators on the YOWICAN skill acquisition program where he volunteered to teach on Digital Marketing as a tool in driving business.

He does one-on-one coaching as well as partners with small businesses in training individuals on ICT skills development while building his brand in the area of Educational Technology.
