I’ve always been passionate about making a difference, and I believe my unique strengths lie in maximizing value across a wide array of areas. Whether it’s general management, operations, breathing life into new projects and hotels, or ensuring top-notch occupational safety, I’m in my element! My expertise also extends to ISO quality management systems, food safety, HACCP, budgeting, cost control, sales, and innovative marketing strategies.
In addition to my core competencies, I have pursued training in health tourism, digital marketing, and digital marketing analytics. I aim to further my education with a master's degree in these areas to deepen my expertise.
My journey kicked off back in 1996 when I proudly graduated from Hacettepe University with a degree in Tourism Administration. I further honed my skills at Anadolu University in Business Management and Finance Management. Over the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading various hotel departments within esteemed international companies. This experience has equipped me with robust knowledge in Operations Management, Professional Kitchen Management, Food and Beverage Operations Management, Front Office Management, Hotel Sales, Marketing Management, and General Management, all complemented by my fluency in English.
What fuels my drive? It’s my knack for problem-solving and my ability to manage crises head-on! I’m all about long-term thinking and fostering genuine connections through empathy. These qualities have been pivotal to my career growth.
I believe that ; education, discipline, and teamwork are crucial details of effective management. In the service sector, I operate with a principle of customer orientation and discipline.
