I’ve spent most of my career building companies the long way. From first idea, to product, to customers, to public markets. I’ve seen how businesses actually grow, and how they quietly break, usually for reasons no one puts on a slide.

Today, I build software through a venture studio focused on clarity over noise, incentives over slogans, and systems that hold up under pressure. I’m interested in how small, disciplined teams make decisions when there’s no room for theatrics.

I write about work, ambition, and the mechanics underneath modern companies. Not motivation. Not hustle. The parts that actually move outcomes.

What I’m working on

What I think about

  • Why incentives beat culture
  • How products fail quietly before they fail publicly
  • Building things that don’t rely on constant hype to survive
