As a kid I was confused which profession I wanted to be in; a pilot, batman or a police inspector. Well, things haven't changed much. No, I am no more confused but now it is the multiplicity of responsibilities that excites and challenges me as a professional.

From getting into project level planning and startegising, to managing and mentoring the visual design team, working on pre-sales activities, product design and user centered design practices, keeps my enthusiasm going on daily activities.

The greatest challenge for a designer is to identify, generate and propagate the idea of balance between creativity and user experience. My passion for user centered design led me to become a Certified Usability Analyst from HFI which has helped me to internalise the process.
