Anita-Slavica Prka Đurašić, univ. mag. croat.
I'm a multilingual educator holding an MA in Croatian language and literature, a Global Ambassador for the Responsible AI Croatia Chapter at GCRAI, an AI consultant, author, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in language training and business education. As a native German speaker and returnee from Germany, I teach business and medical German, as well as Croatian, with a focus on public speaking, culture, and linguistic identity. I also speak English at a C1 level and hold a TESOL/TEFL certificate.
As the founder of Eurobiz Centar in Zagreb, I support professionals and organizations through business language training, translation, and strategic AI integration in education and business. I hold multiple certifications in business, digital leadership, international relations, international business, law, protocol, change management, and artificial intelligence.
I am holding an MA in Croatian language and literature in my academic background. My Bachelor's thesis explored public speaking through the lens of orthoepy in the Croatian language, and my Master's Thesis focused on the differences between the language policies in Croatia and Slovenia, as well as the process of adopting the Croatian Language Act in 2024. and the future of language maintenance in the digital age.
As a former editor and host of the podcast Zov Domovine, I actively write and speak about the Croatian diaspora, identity, and civic engagement. I'm a member of the Croatian Diplomatic Club, CroAI, and I served as the Philanthropy Coordinator at IWCZ in the mandate 2024/25.
I also hold leadership positions as a member of the Board of Directors at UOGZ, Head of the Section for Educators, Translators, Court Interpreters, and Publishers, and Vice-President of the Guild for Intellectual Services in Economy for the 2022-2026 term.
