Project Manager

Head of project team of Cinema Total: an annual five-day series of events for international film professionals during Berlin International Film Festival. The event hosts professional workshops, industry talks and a film political roundtable about the current issues and future possibilities of film financing in Europe with a special focus on Central and Eastern Europe:

- Leading a team of 10 (including the art department, logistics and technical department);

- responsible for planning and executing the series of events

- costs and budget planning (approx. 100.000 Eur/year) and full control of spending;

- responsible for contracting, coordinating PR activity, international relations with partner institutions, national and European film funds and film professionals.

Curator, Project Manager at CineRomani: Organised and curated a three days professional workshop for Roma filmmakers on project development, financing and access to market; coordinated the year long series of events from concept to completion.

Project Manager, Head of Development

Managing the smooth running of the preparation and after works concerning all projects from grant applications to official distribution:

- responsible for all international relations, handling co-production works, representing the projects at festivals, pitch forums, co-production markets;

- supervising and writing up international and domestic grant applications (Media Program Europe, Eurimages, Hungarian Motion Picture Public Foundation, National Cultural Fund);

- organising events, e.g.: first runs, gala performances, press conferences, workshops, professional conferences and press screenings;

- coordinating launch campaigns with the distributors and the involved advertising/PR agencies;

- coordinating the post-production works between subcontractors and production companies;

- keeping contact with sales agents that are responsible for submitting the films to festivals, and also for the selling to local distributors.

- Associate Producer of ‘Bahrtalo!’ by Róbert Lakatos which won European Cinema Labels Prize at Karlowy Vary in 2008.
