Hey there! I’m Anita Hernandez. A multi-ethnic graphic designer based in Columbus, Ohio currently attending art and design school.

I grew up in a household with two different cultures that have shaped how I approach my work. I was always pushed to do my best in school and stick true to what I love -- that being art. So, with my fathers hard work ethic and my mothers determination, I now have a creative passion and a kick a** attitude that constantly pushes me to the limit.

My diverse household has also heavily influenced my interests in my work. With my Hispanic heritage, I became interested in Mexican printmaking, hand lettering, and not to mention . . . all the street tacos. I also take an interest in grunge design due to my mother’s music taste in 90’s alternative. My works are rough and expressive while still applying design principles to create well thought out, yet intriguing pieces.
