Anna Janczyk
Trainer and Project Coordinator in Krakow, Poland
I’m a freelance NGO trainer and project coordinator passionate about combining learning and human connection.
For over a decade, I’ve been involved in the NGO sector and Erasmus+ projects — working as a trainer, project coordinator, and youth leader, designing and delivering learning experiences that foster inclusion, participation, and personal growth.
With an academic background in political science and psychology, my professional path has led me through various sectors — from civil society, where I worked as a Program Officer at the National Democratic Institute, to the business sector, specifically in the fields of training, learning, and development.
Additionally, I lead acroyoga classes and workshops in Kraków and throughout Poland, utilising acroyoga as a playful yet powerful tool to foster trust, communication, and teamwork. I’m dedicated to exploring how sport, play, and embodied learning can strengthen communities, foster empathy, and inspire personal growth and social inclusion.
I believe in growth over perfection, valuing curiosity, authenticity, and a holistic approach to wellbeing — both individually and collectively.
