Anjan Roy

I am a scientist and specializing in analytical chemistry and spectroscopy. My research interests vary, but have centered on the interaction of light and matter. I also have a deep interest in nutrition, at both molecular and gross levels.

Most complex ideas interest me, many evade me. I find working with my hands equally satisfying.
