An enterprise data leader and incentive compensation strategist with over 12+ years of experience bridging the gap between complex technical architecture and bottom-line business execution. My journey began with a Computer Science Engineering degree from Bhopal, giving me a systems-oriented framework for solving enterprise problems. I act as a central bridge between corporate finance strategy and technical platform infrastructure, specializing in transforming manual, error-prone commission processes into automated, audit-ready operations. Currently, I am an Assistant Manager with KPMG India within the Advisory division in Bengaluru, a role I have held since January 2024.

The KPMG Chapter: Enterprise Data Governance & Scale

My day-to-day operations at KPMG focus heavily on data governance frameworks and system-level lineage tracking. Right now, I lead a client-site team working with Solidatus to map out data pipelines for the client. Together, we turn messy enterprise metadata into clean, audit-ready frameworks—bringing over 300,000 critical data elements under structured oversight and automating metadata extraction across more than 1,000 distinct data columns from Postgres, Fredd, and Prime databases.

Simultaneously, I serve as a configuration strategy resource for global Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms. Holding Solidatus Practitioner and Xactly Level 1 & 2 Certifications, I build complex backend logic—including quotas, pay curves, and validation workflows—to handle thousands of unique compensation plans seamlessly. Across all my projects, my goals remain absolute payout accuracy, systemic error reduction, strict audit compliance, and team leadership.

The Sales Compensation Journey: Icertis & MongoDB

Before KPMG, I worked with Icertis in Pune as a Lead Sales Commissions Analyst from May 2023 to December 2023. I directed the end-to-end administration and governance of enterprise sales compensation plans, owning the process for over 500 global employees. Managing full system ownership and cross-functional user testing in SAP Callidus, I systematically overhauled our validation protocols to reduce processing errors by 20%.

Before Icertis, I spent two years with MongoDB in Gurgaon (May 2021 – May 2023), joining as a Sales Commissions Specialist and getting promoted in a year to Senior Sales Commissions Specialist. Operating in a high-growth SaaS environment, my work directly impacted the financial motivation of critical global sales segments, including Professional Services, Partner Programs, and Customer Success. I administered complex incentive programs via Xactly Incent, ensuring seamless integration with live Salesforce data. Beyond reducing system errors by 15% and maintaining airtight SOX compliance, I took active ownership of team growth by onboarding and mentoring 8 analysts, accelerating their productivity ramp-up.

The Analytical Foundation: WNS & Genpact

My expertise in data operations was built on a solid foundation of commercial analytics. From April 2019 to April 2021, I worked as a Lead Associate at WNS Global Services in Gurugram, driving Commercial Effectiveness for emerging pharmaceutical markets. Operating as an individual contributor, I collaborated with international stakeholders to design and deploy data visualization tools using Excel, VBA, and Power BI.

I launched my corporate journey in November 2013 with Genpact as a Risk Analyst. Through consistent delivery and high performance, I earned successive promotions to Senior Associate in 2015 and Business Analyst in 2017. I acted as a primary analytical resource for an EMEA-region GE Power & Water business client, managing fintech data pipelines and reporting financial numbers back to headquarters. To ensure precision, I automated workflows by developing custom tools in MS Access, SQL, and Excel—leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to shave 27 days off the legacy transaction-to-payment lifecycle.

Beyond the Numbers

Throughout my career, I have been honored with multiple corporate awards for performance excellence. My peers describe me as a straightforward, positive, and tech-minded team player—someone who is easygoing, self-motivated, and loves infusing humor into a collaborative workspace.

I am a tech enthusiast always eager to explore new challenges. Outside of work, I channel my energy into traveling, reading, practicing calligraphy, playing chess or badminton, photography, watching movies, and occasionally cooking. I am currently looking for a strategic role where I can deploy my compensation and data governance background to drive corporate value.
