Hi, my name is Ankit and am based out of Mumbai, India. I have always wondered how technology contribute's to our well-being hence my inquisitiveness has pushed me to explore all layers of IT. I have a strong sense in business analysis, solution designing and service delivery. Throughout my 14+ years of hands-on experience I have played various roles on both sides of the table hence I contribute towards continuous improvement. I love doing troubleshooting projects as a side hustle.
I hold a diploma and bachelor's degree in IT along with key certifications from Apple, Cisco, EMC, HP, Microsoft, Zoho, Google, SAP, VMware, AWS etc.
