Hire me

I’m Ankit Raj Singh, a B.Tech Biotechnology student at NIT Warangal, also pursuing a minor in Mathematical and Computing. I cleared JEE Advanced and have participated in national-level science Olympiads, which pushed me early toward research, analytical thinking, and innovation.

I will be undertaking a research internship at IISc Bangalore this May under Prof. Rajanikanth, focusing on microbial and data-driven biological systems.

My hands-on experimental experience comes from microbiology and biochemistry coursework and from working as a Microbiology Lab Assistant at BioLim. I’ve completed certified training in bioinformatics (Bioture) and microbiology (BioLim), and I am actively building technical skills in Python, machine learning, and computational analysis to complement wet-lab research.

I recently completed a winter internship at Pyrogreen Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, where my core work involved improving biofuel productivity using subcritical hydrocarbon co-solvent pyrolysis. I am currently studying food waste-to-biofuel pathways in depth, particularly lactate-driven chain elongation and microbial metabolic optimization for converting food waste into medium-chain biofuels.

I’m looking for opportunities that integrate both experimental and computational biotechnology, especially in waste management, biofuel synthesis, and microbial metabolism.
