I'm Ann Brandau, Principal Consultant at Prosperity Consulting, advising healthcare and nonprofit organizations across the Kansas City metro.
My career hasn't followed a straight line. I've led healthcare organizations from the inside, served three terms as a Wyandotte County Commissioner, been appointed twice to the Kansas Board of Regents, and as a nonprofit executive director helped turn a 17-acre Superfund site that had been abandoned for three decades into a working neighborhood market. That range has taught me how leadership, policy, finance, and community needs fit together. Today I advise hospitals, physician practices, and nonprofits, and I write about leadership, resilience, and public service.
