Hire me

I am a young soprano living in London, studying on the Advanced Opera Course at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where I will be performing the roles of Parasha in 'Mavra' by Stravinsky, and Brigitta in 'Iolanta' by Tchaikovsky on Oct 31, Nov 2, 4 & 7th.

Earlier this year I covered the role of Mrs Coyle in 'Owen Wingrave' for British Youth Opera, and Female Chorus in 'The Rape of Lucretia' by Britten for Guildhall Opera School. In the 2015 - 2016 I was an Alvarez Young Artist for Garsington Opera, singing the role of Resi in 'Intermezzo' by Strauss and First Fairy in 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' by Mendelssohn - a collaboration with the Royal Shakespeare Company.

The Royal Academy of Music introduced me to song repertoire and I made my debut at the Wigmore Hall in the final of the Maureen Lehane Vocal Awards and won 3rd prize. I also work for the charity Live Music Now!, who bring classical music to a wider audience, and have taken part in education projects from Glyndebourne and Garsington Opera. I have performed in masterclasses with eminent singers such as Renee Fleming and Ann Murray.

I relish the linguistic challenge of singing! I speak French, Italian, Greek and English, and am learning German and Russian. I also enjoy contemporary music and have performed 'Improvisation sur Mallarmé' (Boulez) at the Aldeburgh Festival, 2015. Future plans also include the role of May in a newly commissioned opera by Julian Philips 'The Tale of Januerie'.

In my spare time I like to do jazz, ballet and hip-hop dance, they add another dimension to my capacity as a performer.
