Лучше всего подхожу тонко устроенным людям. Тем, кто чувствителен к нюансам и оттенкам, легко слышит фальшь. Иногда не может и пыль вытереть без глубоких смыслов.

Тем, кто морщится от уверенных ответов, отработанных техник, жёстких встрясок, волшебных тычков, позитивных интервенций, мудрых интерпретаций... И вообще от знания, КАК ОНО ВСЁ. И как надо.

Я живая. И тоже пипец сложная.
Но умею находить опоры, когда я сама или другой - совсем непонятны.
Когда старое в процессе перемен разваливается на глазах.
Можно вместе собрать новый узор - и замереть, любуясь его тонкостью и силой.

Обучена гештальту, игровой терапии, нейропсихологии, лечебной педагогике, учусь IFS. Люблю Франкла. Много личной терапии и супервизии.

Сложным людям - также, как и всем - нужно иногда почувствовать свои чувства. Которые пока на паузе и мешают ясно видеть.
Пройти через них - к действиям или смыслам.
Найти свои ценности и опереться на них. Вернуть свою ценность, если с ней что-то случилось.

Иногда в одиночку это никак.
И вот тогда есть я. Со мной получается.
