Since 2013 I have been building my career across Big Four audit, operational controlling and global FP&A - and I've learned that finance creates real value only when it sits at the table early; not to report, but to shape.
At ISS World Services I delivered consolidated reporting across 28 countries for a portfolio in the order of bn DKK; directly to COO and CFO. At JLL I built the Intercompany controlling function from scratch; accelerating the billing cycle 3x and improving cash flow by several mln PLN annually.
