Together with VR team – winners of the second edition of Startup Weekend Tricity, implements the VIRTUAL RECRUITER services in the SaaS model for corporations. I'm on a Mission to Change a Face of Recruitment. Also co-creating and business developing a tool for creating resumes in the form of infographics - Rezumey.pl.

I discover HR paths with passion, the're deepening my knowledge and experience at consulting projects, as well as recruitment. Observes and analyzes the latest HR trends, blogging about coaching. Privately, I am a true enthusiast of the Inernet and new technologies, particularly mobile applications.
