I am a Personal Chef in Minneapolis. I love food, hate the cold and use the former to cope with the latter...ovens are warm, wine is too. I love to eat out, go out , listen to live music, plan parties, camp, paddle and play outside. I am a mom to my amazing eight year old daughter Ophelia. She cooks and is a great eater too. She is an insightful kid and inspires me every day. That inspiration has set me on this path as Owner and Chef at Happy Food MN in an effort to put my passion for food and dedication to family into a harmonious balance...while putting some good into the world by helping other busy families find their balance and a renewed passion for food.
