I study the interactions between humans through the way we communicate, work together and gather. I am fascinated by how the relation with ourselves, our body (physical, emotional, and energetic) and with each other are changing the way we think, act and understand our work, place in the world and purpose for being.

I am a mystic, explorer, writer, dancer, facilitator, embodiment coach, communicator, poet, foster care aunt, stigmergy practitioner, network weaver, advocate for regenerative culture and a masterpiece in the making.
