Anna June Swenson

Bristol, Rhode Island

Anna Swenson, a senior at Roger Williams University, is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Sociology, with minors in Global Communication and Psychology. On campus, Anna has held multiple student leadership positions including, mentoring incoming freshman, acting as a student facilitator for the National Coalition Building Institution, and holding the position of secretary on the executive board of Roger Williams Colleges Against Cancer chapter. She is also the student representative on the Roger Williams University Board of Trustees.

Anna is a NASPA Undergraduate member who attended the SALT Conference in Rockport, Maine in 2013 and has most recently completed an internship with the Roger Williams Residence Life and Housing Office in the Spring of 2014. Anna hopes to pursue her Masters degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education post undergraduate school. Once a year, she can be found in Camden, Maine competing nationally as a tobogganer and she finds her comfort zone behind the lens of a Nikon. Anna has a passion for traveling and her dream is to step foot on 5 of 7 continents by the time she graduates from college.
