Anna Tcherniavskaia received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology and Sociology, from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she was able to immerse herself in courses such as Psychopathology, Motivation and Health Psychology. As an undergraduate, she worked as research assistant in in UCSB Department of Clinical, Counseling and School Psychology, where she collaborated with a group of researchers to develop a school-wide wellness survey to asses factors that contribute to students' wellbeing and success in school. Anna Tcherniavskaia also dedicated her time to presenting outcomes-based workshops and planning awareness campaigns to educate students on nutrition, alcohol and drug use, safer sex practices, and mental well-being, as an Events Coordinator for UCSB's Health and Wellness Program.

Her entry into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis began with her post undergraduate job as a Behavior Technician, working with children and adolescents with developmental disorders. As a Behavior Technician, she underwent trainings in Pivotal Response Training, Positive Behavior Supports, Verbal Behavior, and Discrete Trial Teaching, which enabled her to provide intensive behavioral interventions across home and community settings, and to provide training to parents and educators. She received her Applied Behavior Analysis Technician License from the QABA Credentialing Board in October 2015, and was shortly promoted to a supervisor role, as a QAS Professional. She then went on to receive her Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, at Arizona State University, and then her Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential.

With 7 years of experience in providing behavior analytic services, Anna focuses on her clients' strengths and abilities in order to create positive and meaningful change in their behaviors and strives to empower caregivers to gain a better understanding of ABA through daily application. Her specialty lies in providing parent education, mentorship to RBTs and BCBA applicants, and advocating for the best treatment outcomes for neurodivergent individuals.
