Anna Lithagen is the Founder and CEO of 'Talent Tribe - The Creative Diversity Agency', convening, connecting and catalyzing exceptional global talent, change makers and leaders through recruiting, matching and ideation.

Anna is a subject matter expert on entrepreneurship and leadership with Hillary Clinton's 'International Council on Women's Business Leadership' (ICWBL), and a Senior Advisor to several start-ups and boards, among them 'Young Innovation Hub', acting as a liaison between and catalyst to change maker youth, business and the public sector, promoting social entrepreneurship.

She is a member of the Swedish Government commissioned reference group on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Co-Founder and Co-Program Director of ’Women Leaders Up’, with the aim to address and remove barriers for more women to take on leadership positions globally, in partnership with McKinsey & Co.
