I am addicted to learning, and I love all things leadership. I help leaders become people others want to follow.

I have been fortunate enough to share my learning and help thousands of leaders, teams, and companies through executive coaching, training, and writing. I have been featured in Fast Company, Inc., Chicago Tribune, and Business Journals in 43 major US cities and on over 300 business radio Shows. I have written two books that give the reader a first-hand look at the executive coaching process: (R)evolution: One Man’s Leadership Journey and Rise: Finding Your Executive Voice. I am also a professor of Organizational Leadership and Strategic Human Resources at the University of Denver.

I am a wife and a mother to two kids and one amazing yellow lab named Henry. Henry and I volunteer at Children's Hospital as a therapy dog, and Henry is also a ski patrol dog.

If I am not working, you will find me outdoors, golfing, skiing, or hiking with my family.
