With more than twenty years of experience across behavioral health, education, and organizational development, I have led initiatives that bridge direct service and systems design. My work includes guiding teams through strategic planning and software implementation, developing trauma-informed and wellness-centered programs, and contributing to digital tools that strengthen access, coordination, and effectiveness in human services. I bring a project manager’s precision, a social worker’s relational lens, and an educator’s curiosity to every role—integrating structure with care and strategy with humanity.

I am deeply grounded by time in nature. Whether hiking forest trails, paddling along quiet rivers, or spending unhurried days by the water with my husband, family, and dog, I find renewal in the rhythms of the outdoors.
