Senior researcher in Ber(li)n
I believe in integrity, which is doing the right thing even if no one will know. I am a sociologist: I like considering the bigger picture while keeping in mind that details matter.
I am currently a Senior Researcher at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society. My doctoral research was conducted at the University of Lausanne (Laboratory of Digital Cultures and DH & Sciences and Technologies Studies Laboratory). Previously, I was a researcher at the Health Ethics & Policy Lab at ETH Zurich. Prior to that, I was located in the Boston area, as a Visiting Research Scholar at the Science, Technology, and Society Program of Tufts University. Earlier, I was affiliated with EPFL's Collège des Humanités from 2012-16, i.e. during and my collaboration on a research project in Digital Humanities at the DHLAB (2012-13), and in 2016/17 I was an international visitor, sponsored by the Swiss National Science Foundation, at the Department of STS at Cornell University.
