I am a life and professional coach and a counselor psychologist currently living in Milan, Italy.

My interests range from innovation to writing, as I'm also a journalist specialized in cultural innovation.

I hold a college degree in Anthropology, an MBA, a Master Degree in Human Resources, a bachelor degree in Counseling Psychology and an ICF certificate in Professional Coaching.

I have been traveling a lot abroad due to my diverse work background and I have a strong understanding on displacement and stress diseases.

In the last ten years, I have dedicated myself to personal growth and for at least two months a year, I join international working groups and meditation retreats so that I'm prepared and ready to support individuals and groups in transitions and challenging moments.

I am mostly specialized in transitional change, burnout, relational psychology, Time Line therapy, systemic constellations and mindfulness.
