Hello! I really need to tell you about this uncommon place serving eats. So a few years back I tested a newly opened Cocula Restaurant, doing business as a restaurant. The food was fine and the interior was extraordinary. It was situated at 8847 S Commercial Ave, 60617 Chicago, IL. I honestly liked it. Interestingly, it was checked by authorities on 21st of March 2012. The type of inspection was canvass, with a result: pass and risk level described as risk 1 (high). The commission noticed disturbing infringements: 32. food and non-food contact surfaces properly designed, constructed and maintained - comments: all food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.rear storage shelves not sealed/raw wood.must seal/paint. | 35. walls, ceilings, attached equipment constructed per code: good repair, surfaces clean and dust-less cleaning methods - comments: the walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.dusty ceiling vents and ceiling in rear dish area.must clean/maintain.also door attachment at front,rear door in poor repair.must replace. | 34. floors: constructed per code, cleaned, good repair, coving installed, dust-less cleaning methods used - comments: the floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.elevate storage off floors in furnance room.. I recommend you to look for interesting food places in your city, but don't forget to be cautious with what you consume!
