Anna Orellana Closa

Lawyer in Barcelona, España

At the age of 16, I got a scholarship to study the International Baccalaureate at the United World College of the Adriatic (Duino, Italy). I spent two years there, with people from 85 different countries. This made me realize the diversity of the world, the different cultures and realities. Ever since then, I became interested in international affairs. That is why I decided to study Law, and specially International Law. I studied my Law degree at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona).

Then I moved to London to study the Master of Laws (LLM) at King’s College London. My modules focused on Intellectual Property Law, Privacy and Information Law, and Human Rights Law. These are the areas that I am most interested in, and the areas in which I would like to work. After finishing the LLM in September 2015, I came back to Barcelona to start the “Máster de Abogacía”, which I will finish in June 2016
