I’m Anna Perrini and I help large companies manage change in today’s economy. I’m also a Senior Executive Life Coach.

Life is all about change and growth. It’s definitely not static. You’re never done with changing either. No one really knows how the future plays out, but with a solid design process you can reach your goals and do what you love. I can help you or your company with exploring and setting up (and reframing) such a design process.

Rules of Thumb I live by:

- Life is fun and short – don’t take anything too seriously, including yourself

- Take a stand and take things personal – don’t let others interrupt you

- Surround yourself with people you respect and find interesting – learn from them

- What you give is what you get (back)

- Wealth lies in the product of the mind - in intellectual creations.

I’ve worked 10+ years in Change Management at a leading insurance firm (Zurich, chicago, Milan, Mexico City). I have a Bachelor degree in literature, a xxx from the MIT, and I’m a Lean practitioner (Green Belt), and have some courses on negotiation and x.
