Anna Ruth Henriques

Fine jewelry designer, painter and poet, Anna Ruth Henriques weaves her natural sense of beauty, mystery and authenticity into all her creations. Deeply influenced by her multicultural, multi-religious and multi-racial Judeo-Jamaican childhood and her travels across the globe, seeks that which connects all of us, as people, as spiritual beings.

Anna lives in New York City with her husband, Gaetano Salvadore, a photographer, and daughter. Anna's paintings are in the collections of the National Gallery of Jamaica and El Museo del Barrio, NY. She is also the author and illustrator of The Book of Mechtilde (Knopf), the original manuscript in the collection of the Jewish Museum, NY.
