I'm a Founding Partner of Varghese Summersett PLLC, a Texas law firm headquartered in Fort Worth with offices in Dallas, Southlake, and Houston. I oversee the firm's business operations alongside my partner and husband, Benson Varghese. We started as an exclusively criminal defense firm and have since grown into three practice areas: criminal defense, family law, and personal injury.

I'm Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and have tried more than 100 jury trials — everything from DWI cases to capital murder. Before going into private practice, I served as an Assistant District Attorney in Cameron County and Tarrant County, which gave me a front-row seat to how the state builds its cases — knowledge I now put to work for the people we defend.

I'm proud to have been named to Fort Worth Business Press's "Forty Under Forty," recognized among Texas Monthly's Top Women Attorneys in Texas, elected a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. I have also been named a Top Attorney by Fort Worth Magazine, 360 West, and Southlake Style for many years.
