Nashville, Tennessee, United States

Born and raised in Irkutsk, Russia, Anna immigrated with her mother to Toronto, Canada in 2001. She has had many interests that she pursued growing up in a new culture, learning, adapting and keeping a positive, inspiring outlook on life. Graduating Ryerson University with BComm in Finance, minor in Accounting and Psychology allowed her to successfully run hew own accounting practice which led her into new opportunities in Nashville, Tennessee. She quickly fell in love with the southern state, warm weather and friendly people. For the last four years Anna had a successful carrier in the financial industry, which she very much enjoys. Keeping the analytical mind at bay, creativity found its way to flourish through art, ballroom dance and most of all into a creation of Wings of Hope Foundation.

However, giving back wasn't her own idea. Living in three different countries, not only gave her a priceless asset of seeing life from different perspectives, meeting people from around the world, submerging in different cultures and philosophies, gaining new understandings ad perception, but it also allowed Anna to meet wonderful people that guided her inspirations through life. It is through them that her eyes are now open to see the beauty in the ordinary, to gain strengths from the divine purpose that we all share and carry in our hearts. She is forever grateful to those who have already made an impact without even knowing it.

Having seen the difference of how humans are capable of treating one another, Anna was inspired to improve and bring awareness into some dark, forgotten corners of this planet, starting with her original home, Irkutsk. She was recently introduced to an Intellectual Development Disorder Center through a tragic fire that took place in Istok's village. Understanding the conditions of life to those who can hardly sustain their existence on their own, Anna felt the need to reach out and was finally given an opportunity to share the insights she was granted through her travels, exposures and imprints through life. She believes it is our duty to one another, as the citizens of this planet, to share the knowledge, education and experience of working with such special children; however, she is driven to provide a channel through which others can contribute and share their experience and wisdom. Anna has a great compassion for any abandoned child, not only because she lives oceans apart from her family, but also through her
